Beginning Water Color
We will cover brush handling, color mixing, color theory, composition development with opportunities to explore other water media and papers. You will have an opportunity to be creative, learn and experiment with real artist’s materials, mixed media and collage. Instruction in drawing will be provided as desired. Demonstrations on different subjects, drawing and special techniques will be given.

Paint It, Sign It, Frame It
Whether you have painted with watercolor before or are brand new to painting, this class will help you to learn and experiment with real artist’s materials. We will cover brush handling, color mixing, and color theory and composition development as we paint in various styles including abstract, landscape, and mixed media. Individual demonstrations on special techniques will be given. At the end of the session, you will have at least one matted and framed piece that you can keep.
